Maureen Gahan, M.A.M.F.T. Director, Therapist Maureen holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana. Maureen has been a part of Stone Belt's residential program team since 1984 and is currently the director of Milestones. She has experience in providing therapy to individuals, children, families, couples and groups.
	Maureen Kipp, M.S.W., L.C.S.W Clinical Supervisor Maureen earned her masters degree in social work from Indiana University and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana. She also holds a bachelors degree from Indiana State University in Community Health Education. Maureen has over 16 years experience providing individual, group and couples therapy with families, adolescents and children.
	Cindi Winegardner, M.S.W., L.C.S.W Therapist Cindi received her master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. She has over 20 years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy to children and adolescents with a variety of behavioral and emotional concerns. Her primary treatment focus is cognitive behavioral therapy especially in the areas of anxiety and depression.
	Bree Russo, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. Therapist Bree earned her master's degree in Social Work from Washington University in 2002 and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. Bree specializes in treating children and adolescents and has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, acute care, and the school system.
	Rosie Falls, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. Therapist Roseanna earned her master's degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University in 2001 and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. Rosie has had experience working with children and families in a variety of settings, including residential care, acute care, and outpatient settings.
	Deb Mishler, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. Therapist Deb received her master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana. She has 10 years of clinical experience in out-patient mental health. Deb specializes in treating children, adolescents, families and groups. She also has specialized training in evidence-based treatment, including cognitive behavior therapy in depression, anxiety, parent training and treatment of disruptive behaviors.
	Lynda Ransburg, L.C.S.W. Clinical Social Worker Lynda Ransburg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked as a therapist for 14 years. She has worked extensively with children, families, and adults. Lynda was the clinical supervisor at Oak Tree Counseling for 5 years where she supervised other LCSW’s. She has also supervised numerous graduate students over the years. She is currently a member of the Association for Play Therapy and is on the Post Partum Depression Task Force.
	Claudia Dominik, L.C.S.W. Therapist Claudia received her bachelor’s and master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. She has extensive experience treating children, teens, and their families. She has worked collaboratively with schools and social service agencies supporting children and teens. She is a member of the Association of Play Therapists. Claudia is based at Milestones’ Columbus office.
