Mary McKinney, L.C.S.W., A.C.S.W., L.M.F.T. Manager of Social Work Services Mary received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Indiana University. She has over 30-years of social work experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient practice, family services, foster care and employee assistance. Mary joins the Milestones Management Team and is responsible for the oversight of agency social work services and for supervising the social work team.

Ellie Lindhjem, M.S.W. Social Worker Ellie received her bachelor's in Sociology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and her master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University (IUPUI) in 2007. She completed a practicum at St. Vincent's PCC using short term/solution focused therapy with individuals with I/DD. Upon graduation, she worked intensively with "Our Indiana Home" to help shape affordable housing policy and provided outreach and brief therapy to low-income residents receiving Medicaid benefits statewide.
